Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@dukanpro.app with the subject "Delete my DukanPro account", from the email you sign in with.
2. We will confirm the request by replying to your sign-in email (so nobody else can delete your account).
3. Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation, and we will tell you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name) and your access to any shops.
• If you are the owner of a shop and request shop deletion: the shop's records — products, sales, receipts, expenses, payments, customer/supplier entries, and attached invoice photos.
• Crash-report data linked to your account identifier.

What may be kept

• If a shop has other owners or staff, the shop and its records remain — only your account and access are removed. Shop records also stay when a staff member leaves, because they are the shop's books, not the individual's.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the backup rotation schedule (up to 35 days after deletion).
• Records we must keep to comply with law or resolve disputes, kept no longer than necessary.

The copy of shop data stored on your phone can be removed immediately, without any request, from Data on this phone → Delete data on this phone — or by uninstalling the app.
