DiiwaanPro ("we", "us") is a point-of-sale and inventory app for small businesses, with a companion web portal at diiwaanpro.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the DiiwaanPro mobile app or portal, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.

We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. The app shows no ads and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Your business's records are stored on our servers (hosted by Supabase) and — because DiiwaanPro works offline — a copy of recent records is kept on the phone itself. You can remove the on-device copy at any time from Data on this phone → Delete data on this phone, or by uninstalling the app. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Each business's data is isolated from every other business's by row-level security.
Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
Staff may record the names, phone numbers and balances of the business's own customers and suppliers. That information belongs to the business and is used only to keep the business's books — it is never used by us for marketing and never shared outside the business's account. If you believe a business holds your details in DiiwaanPro and you want them corrected or removed, contact the business, or contact us and we will help.
We keep your data while your account or business is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time — see diiwaanpro.com/delete-account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the backup rotation schedule (up to 35 additional days).
DiiwaanPro is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by message to account holders.
