Terms of Service

DiiwaanPro — POS & Inventory · by OnkodSoft · Effective 26 July 2026

Soomaali: Shuruudahan waxay khuseeyaan isticmaalka DiiwaanPro. Su’aal walba waxaad noogu soo diri kartaa hello@diiwaanpro.com.

These terms are an agreement between you (the business owner or staff member using the service) and DiiwaanPro ("we", "us") covering the DiiwaanPro mobile app and the web portal at diiwaanpro.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

1. The Service

DiiwaanPro is a point-of-sale, inventory and bookkeeping tool for small businesses. It works offline on your phone and synchronizes with our servers when connected.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in access secure, and for the people you invite to your business. A business owner controls who has access to the business's data and what they can do.

3. Trial and subscription

New businesses receive a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription. Subscriptions are arranged directly with us (for example by mobile money through our support team) — the app itself sells nothing and processes no payments. We will always tell you the price and period before you pay. If a subscription ends, you can still open the app and read everything your business recorded; recording new transactions resumes when the subscription does. We do not delete your data because a subscription lapsed.

4. Your data

Your business's records belong to your business. We host and process them to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request an export or deletion at any time (diiwaanpro.com/delete-account).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to attempt to access other businesses' data, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to resell it without our written agreement.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service reliable — including offline operation precisely so a network outage doesn't stop your business — but the Service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own judgment on the numbers: DiiwaanPro is a bookkeeping aid, not an accounting, tax, or legal adviser.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control (for example a lost or broken phone that had not synchronized).

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced in the app or by message to account holders. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
